Privacy Policy

  1. By accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the visitor of the site https://annagolovina.com (hereinafter referred to as the User) consents SP Anna Golovina PSRNSP 317547600009186 (hereinafter – the Company) for collection, storage and processing of his personal data specified by filling in the web forms on the site https://annagolovina.com and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
  2. The User’s personal data is processed in accordance with Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law “On Personal Data” № 152-FZ.
  3. When registering, placing an order or using the feedback form on the Site, the User provides the following information: surname, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, e-mail address, delivery address.
  4. Purpose of processing personal data of the User:
    1. Registration of the User on the Site,
    2. Fulfillment by the Company of obligations to the User,
    3. Answers to User’s requests,
    4. Collection and analysis of the Site statistics,
    5. Notification of the User about new products, promotions and special offers.
  5. The Company undertakes not to transfer information received from the User to third parties with the exception of the provision of personal data to third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Company to fulfill obligations to the User and only within the framework of this Agreement.
  7. Other automatically collected information about the User (cookies, IP address, browser used, operating system, visit time) is stored in anonymized form and is not used to identify the User.
  8. The Company is not responsible for information provided by the User on the Site in a public form in the form of product reviews or comments.
  9. This Privacy Policy applies only to the site https://annagolovina.com and its subdomains. The Company does not control and does not bear responsibility for third party websites to which the User can navigate through the links available on the Site.
  10. The consent may be revoked by the User or his representative by sending a written request to the Company at the email contact@annagolovina.com.
  11. Personal data is stored and processed until the termination of the data processing specified in paragraph 10 or until the Company liquidation.
  12. The Company takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to it, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
  13. The Company has the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Site.
